LPCCD is leading a transformative revitalization of the Lincoln Park area using the arts and culture as the primary driver for both community and economic development.

Our work in building a vibrant and environmentally sustainable neighborhood has led to:

  • Award-winning Green Space
  • Nationally recognized annual music festival
  • Civic engagement leadership training for residents
  • An urban farm that managed by residents
  • Entrepreneurship opportunities for artisans, crafters, and other vendors
  • More than 100 units of housing in the neighorhood
  • Artist showcases that highlight local visual and vocal artists
  • Infrastructure and amenities for the 7-acre park/green space
