LPCCD is a strong community because of the people who live there. The organization has a legacy of investing in both its residents and neighborhood through civic engagement and affordable housing.

Lincoln Park provides training and resources, so community members are informed and prepared to participate in the development of their community. 

Since its inception, LPCCD has understood that providing residents with safe, quality, affordable housing provides the foundation for residents to contribute to their community fully. To date, LPCCD has built over 100 units of affordable housing. We aim to work with the City of Newark, housing developers, and other community partners to build safe and affordable housing to expand the social-economic base of the area.
