Lincoln Park Ten Year Neighborhood Plan

The residents and stakeholders of Lincoln Park, along with the Community Assistance Preservation Corporation and the Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District, utilized a planning grant from the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation (now known as the Regional Foundation) to evaluate the needs of the neighborhood, establish goals, and develop a 10-year plan for its future. The resulting plan provides a framework for increasing the production of affordable and market-rate housing, promoting entrepreneurship and supporting local businesses, enhancing arts and cultural programming, empowering residents, and creating a healthier, more attractive, and better-connected community.
